• You can send us your image by using the CONTACT SHOP OWNER button. In the message to us, you’ll see an ATTACH IMAGE button below. Please attach an IMAGE or PDF file of the design you’d like on your jewelry. It's not important whether you send the image before or after purchasing as we link your order with your image by your username.

• You may also email the image file to us at monogramnecklace2@gmail.com, just be sure to put your order # or ETSY username in the subject line.

• I write on each item the recommended amount of letters or words for that item. I try to make the words large and clear to read also from far look. Some other stores will make it with many words, and then you will need to take a very close look in order to read it. Please pay attaention to that when you compare with other stores.

• You can submit any language, and any writing style (cursive, print, etc) and even drawings.

• We are able to crop out any unwanted text surrounding the handwriting and we can even take individual words and letters and create phrases with them.

• We can also combine multiple images of handwriting for one piece of jewelry.

All engraved items are with deep engraving, I also color it with permanent black pen (As seen on the items picture) .
In this way you will be able to see and read the unique handwriting also from distance.
If you wish to have it without the black color, please let me know.
You can write any request on the "Note to seller" box on the order.

Some items are without color, I make it just as on the item info or picture.

• • Bracelet - Normal wrist size is 7", smaller size 6-6.5", larger 7.5-8".
I recommend taking size with any stripe and add 0.5" to that.

• • Necklace - Most common length is 16" or 18".
14" is a child size (7-8 years old max).
Chain length on all items DON'T include the pendant.

• • Ring - Please try to get your finger sized if you do not know your ring size. Any local jewelry store or department store can size your finger in a few minutes time.

• • Most important - SERVICE - I will do all I need to make sure you are happy with your order.

Please note that "ship by" date is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.

- SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our studio.
You may find the expected ship by date on your invoice.
You will need to add the shipping time 5-7 business days (standard shipping), or less time depends on the shipping method you ordered.
International- 10-20 business days after the expected ship by date to estimate the actual delivery date.

- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you.
We cannot guarantee your delivery time as this fully depends on the carrier. To find out your expected delivery date, please use the USPS tracking service.

Business days refer to the weekdays (between Monday to Friday) and do not include public holidays and weekends.

Please therefore do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or any national holidays when calculating your shipping time.
